a. Request of Kipling Shoes to conduct its annual sidewalk sale.
b. Request of the Randolph County Cancer Support Group to conduct its annual 5K Walk/5Mile Run.
c. Request of Girls on the Run of Randolph County, WV to conduct a 5K race.
d. Employee travel – Two water fund employees to Cedar Lakes for Backflow Recertification.
e. Approval of a potable water mutual assistance agreement.
f. Authorization for the mayor to proceed with the repair of Water Treatment Filter No. 4 based upon the most cost efficient method.
9. COMMITTEE REPORTS
a. Building – Building permit applications 3260 thru 3281. Permit Application 3274 was void.
b. Public Safety – Entry-level written test of June 9, 2007.
c. Water
i. Water mainline replacement on Davis Avenue and 6th Street.
ii. Probationary employment of David Bodkin in the transmission and distribution department.
iii. Pursuit of interim financing to be included in the proposed water rate increase to pay for planning and design services to construct a new water plant and replace transmission and distribution lines.
