Mission: The Elkins Police Department will provide public safety and maintain order while upholding the United States Constitution and the West Virginia Constitution.

About the department: The department consists of a police chief, 11 sworn law-enforcement officers, and one non-sworn administrative personnel. The department also has two K-9 officers, Macy and Armor.
