Elkins City Hall News: Week of September 23, 2024
Elkins W. Va., September 20, 2024: City Hall remains closed to the public until further notice. All City Hall departments will be working remotely and will be available by phone and email, although responses may be delayed.
The Treasurer and Utility Departments will resume normal operations at its new location located at 10 11th St., Suite 3 beginning Monday. Residents and customers can visit between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mail should still be addressed to 401 Davis Ave., Elkins, West Virginia, 26241.
Council is holding a special meeting Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Phil Gainer Community Center. Items on the agenda include review and clarification of charter rules concerning elected officials and personnel matter in the Operations Department.
Utility payments, court payment plans, and issue citations can be made by mail, using our drop-off box, or by paying online. The drop-off box is located in the parking lot behind City Hall located at 401 Davis Ave., Elkins, West Virginia, 26241.
When dropping off your payment, make sure to include the correct information. If information is missing, it may delay the processing of the payment.
