Mission: The Elkins Police Department will provide public safety and maintain order while upholding the United States Constitution and the West Virginia Constitution.
About the department: The department consists of a police chief, 13 sworn law-enforcement officers, and two non-sworn administrative personnel.
Our principles: In everything we do, members of the Elkins Police Department pledge to follow these principles:
