Outdoor Dining

The City of Elkins allows restaurants to offer outdoor dining on public property (e.g., sidewalks) through an administrative permitting process authorized by Chapter 93 of the City Code. The rules and regulations governing this practice are subject to change, and some changes may apply retroactively. Any updates will be available at the City Clerk’s Office and the City’s website.
