EAST Trail Master Plan
The City of Elkins, West Virginia, seeks an experienced natural surface trail planning and design team to master plan bike optimized trail systems on three properties (236 acres total) and design and flag up to 10 miles of bike optimized trails as a shovel-ready demonstration project.
Expressions of interest are due by December 23, 2022.
Virtual interviews will be conducted January 11, 2023. The selection process will be compressed with the intent to complete negotiations by January 31, 2023.
Work is anticipated to commence in February 2023 and to be completed by early May 2023.

MLK Day (1/16) Schedule
Elkins City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 16 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
