Demolition of property at 1091 Harrison Avenue (posted July 3, 2025)

• Bids will be received by the City of Elkins, Randolph County West Virginia, at Elkins Fire Department, located at 216 4TH Street, Elkins, WV 26241 until 2:00 p.m. on July 17, 2025.
• Sealed bids may be mailed to Jessie Kittle, Code Enforcement, 401 Davis Ave, Elkins, WV 26241.
• Or, sealed bids may be delivered in person to Jessie Kittle, Code Enforcement, Elkins Fire Department, 216 4TH Street, WV 26241.
• Bids must be clearly marked as “Sealed Bid for Demolition“
• All sealed bids will be opened on July 17, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. and read aloud.
