Current RFPs
As of September 2, 2025, the City of Elkins is accepting sealed bids for demolition and reclamation of two (2) structure within the city.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Elkins on or before Wednesday, September 17th at 11:00 a.m. Bid openings will take place on this same date at 11:30 a.m. Interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening at the above-mentioned date and time. On that day all sealed bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. and read aloud.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the City of Elkins, Jessie Kittle, 216 4th St., Elkins, West Virginia 26241 or mailed to 401 Davis Ave., Elkins, West Virginia 26241 and CLEARLY marked Sealed bid for Demolition.
