Water Distribution Department

The Water Distribution Department provides water service to 4,000 customers inside city limits as well as customers with the Midland and Leadsville Public Service Districts.

This department also works to maintain the water distribution system, installing new main water lines, responding to breaks, installing new service taps, installing and maintaining fire hydrants, and reading and testing water meters.

The most recent water rate increase was in 2022.
