Elkins City Hall News: Week of May 27, 2024
Elkins W. Va., May 24, 2024: The Elkins Sanitary Board meets Thursday at 10:00 a.m. The agenda may be adjusted through Tuesday. Items on the agenda include a discussion of Wastewater Collection storage building bids; Georgetown Road sewer extension preliminary study; approval of sewer invoices; dissolvement of step/grade classification chart for the Elkins Sanitary Board; approval of Fiscal Year 2025 sewer budget; Wastewater Superintendent/Chief Operator salary; discussion on construction of dump station at Wastewater Plant; and a Notice of Filling: Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church v. URETEK USA, Inc.
City Hall will be closed May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.
Garbage normally picked up on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, with no changes to the normal Tuesday schedule.
First due fire fees were mailed out May 15 and are due June 3. FY2025 business license applications are due June 30.
