Elkins City Hall News: Week of July 8, 2024
Elkins W. Va., July 5, 2024: The Elkins Water Board, the Planning Commission, and City Council meet the week of July 8.
The Elkins Water Board meets on Monday at 4:00 p.m. Items on the agenda include Water Board invoices and discussion of the City of Elkins’ Water Works Cybersecurity Policy.
The Planning Commission meets on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. The agenda may be adjusted through Tuesday. Items on the agenda include continued work on the Comprehensive Plan.
City Council meets on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. The agenda may be adjusted through Tuesday. Items on the agenda include the addition of several new official city holidays; the addition of sick leave to the city’s current leave donation program; and an ordinance amending the city charter to correct an error related to the date of city elections.
Utility bills and in city fire fees were mailed out June 28 and are due July 17. 2nd quarter B&Os were mailed out June 28 and are due July 31.
