Maid Silvia of the 85th Mountain State Forest Festival Visits City Hall

Elkins City Hall welcomed Maid Silvia Anna Ruf, Maids of Honor Miriam Fath and Sophia Shoemaker, and other 85th Mountain State Forest Festival officials on Thursday, October 5th, 2023.

Maid Silvia and the Maids of Honor all received Keys to the City from Mayor Jerry Marco, along with an Elkins Police Department Challenge Coin from Police Chief Bennett, to show gratitude for their service to Elkins and the surrounding community.

In attendance from the city, along with Mayor Jerry Marco and Police Chief Bennett, were City Clerk Sutton Stokes, Executive Secretary Liz Roberts, City Attorney Gerry Roberts, Human Resources Generalist Melissa Washington, and Communication Specialist Jeremy Deighan.

Maid Silvia Anna Ruf will descend Coronation Hill for the 85th Mountain State Forest Festival on Friday, October 6th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
