Thanksgiving Week 2023: Schedule Changes

Elkins W. Va., November 14, 2023: City Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday (11/23-24) in observance of Thanksgiving.

If your garbage is usually picked up on MONDAYS or THURSDAYS, this schedule will change during Thanksgiving week.

Garbage normally picked up on MONDAYS will be picked up Sunday (11/19), starting at 6 a.m.

Garbage normally picked up on THURSDAYS will be picked up Wednesday (11/22), starting at 6 a.m.

There are no changes for customers whose trash is picked up on TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS.
